Jerrod manages the daily operations of the company and is responsible for updating the Real-Time(r) scheduling system. Jerrod is following in his fathers footsteps by learning NWFA standards procedures and currently attends SAC and will receive his BA in Small Business Management in 2011. Diana Hernandez, Financial Director

Hammonds is truly fortunate to employ Mrs. Hernandez she has a lifetime of experience in small business financial directorship and small business management. Her leadership in the finances of the company has propelled the business into a fiscal stability and excellence in money management that benefit the company and its employees as well as customers with stable fiscal management and responsibility. Diana and her husband Johnny have 4 boys, 3 almost out of college and one graduating high school next year. Michael Street, Marketing Director

Michael is the newest member of the Hammonds executive team and hails from Sussex County (Slower Lower) Delaware. Michael supports the Hammonds team by creating and implementing process changes and standards that help make the company more profitable and able to serve its customers better. A majority of his time is spent developing advertising and supporting Hammonds commercial and B to B clients. Michael plays the guitar and enjoys long walks with his wife Rachel. Jeff Blair, Expert Estimator

Jeff brings 10 + years of experience in estimating and problem solving to the Hammonds team. Jeff specializes in water damage, sand and finishing, installation and plan takeoffs. An organization is only as good as the solution they provide and Jeff helps customers match and problem or need with the right solution time and time again. Allan Stetner, Project Manager

With almost 20 years with the company Mr. Stetner has become an instrumental part of the Hammonds team. He provides training to the crews teaching the superior craftsmanship and attention to detail that he has learned in his lifetime of flooring craftsmanship. Allan holds each employee to the highest standards for craftsmanship and excellence on each project. Allan provides great resource for our customers and is a large part of why we provide the Timeless Craftsmanship Guarantee that is at the heart of our business. Robert Hammonds, Operations Manager

Robby ensures that orders are processed and that construction materials are ordered and sent to the right locations for installation.
